Coworker Nico and I decided to go to the Textile Museum in D.C. to try and do a whole multimedia package about an exhibit on ancient rugs from all over the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia. Eventually, this project will be in three forms: a video piece, an audio slide show and a radio story, which we hope will land on VOA’s Web site. Nico is much faster than I, so he has finished the video component. It’s pretty awesome if I do say so myself, which makes me dread putting together the other two parts. Video is below.
